What does a transaction coordinator do for Ontario real estate agents?
I handle the administrative side of a deal under your direction: drafting offer, listing and lease paperwork from your instructions, preparing documents for e-signature and following up on signatures, tracking condition and deposit deadlines, and preparing lawyer packages and closing files. You review and approve everything.
Do you work in person or remotely?
Remotely. I’m a virtual transaction coordinator working inside the systems you already use, with agents across Ontario, most of them in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
Are you a registered real estate salesperson or broker?
No. I provide administrative support under your direction and your brokerage’s. Advice, negotiation and representation stay with you and your brokerage.
Do you handle deposits or trust funds?
No. I track deposit deadlines so nothing is missed, but I never hold, receive or handle deposits or any money in a transaction.
Do you work with teams and solo agents?
Yes. I support both real estate teams and solo agents.
Which systems do you work in?
Realm/TRREB, Matrix/ITSO, GeoWarehouse, DocuSign, Authentisign, Digisign, Supra, BrokerBay and CRMs.
Can I hire you only for social media?
No. Social media management is an add-on for my transaction coordination clients only.
Will anything go out without my approval?
No. Paperwork stays in draft and posts stay unscheduled until you approve them.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on your deal volume and the services you need, so we set it together on a 30-minute discovery call.
